Website Accessibility Statement
Introduction
San Diego Military Advisory Council (hereinafter known as SDMAC) is committed to ensuring accessibility for our website, SDMAC.org. The content on this page describes our efforts relating to compliance with local, national, and international standards for Web Accessibility.
Our ongoing accessibility effort works toward ensuring all electronic and information technology developed or purchased by SDMAC is accessible to people with disabilities. We regularly test and monitor our website to ensure it is usable by site visitors who use assistive technology or who have sensory, cognitive, and/or mobility disabilities. We want our website to be easily used by people of all abilities. The tools we use to test include Google Lighthouse, axe chrome extension, and WebAIM.
Known Issues and Workarounds
SDMAC’s PDFs may not be accessible using Adobe Acrobat Pro’s built-in accessibility tools, but we are working on updating these files. If there are any files you are having issues accessing, email us at admin@sdmac.org and we will help you.
SDMAC will continue to work toward making SDMAC.org as accessible as possible.
